Remedial & Sports Massage now available

We are pleased to welcome Tamsin Wallace to the team at Golden Health, who is a Remedial Massage Therapist. Massage is beneficial to both mind and body and is relaxing and soothing. It helps to mobilise the body's own healing power and also mobilise joints and limbs. It soothes muscle aches and pains away and assists the body to repair itself after excessive or over-use. Our Therapy Centre is currently expanding as we are able to offer more and more therapies. We currently have availabilty for large and small treatment rooms that are suitable for a number of uses. In particular we are looking for a Podiatrist, counsellors, and a Pilates instructor. Taking less than an hour during your lunchtime, come and enjoy a haven of "me-time" in your week. Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

Courses in Relaxation for Pregnancy are also now available. This is an excellent way for all pregnant ladies to de-stress, unwind, take some time to focus on the pregnancy and your baby. It helps with baby bonding, release of worries and fears about labour and birth, assist blood flow and helps to regulate the function of all body systems. Best of all it is some "me-time!"
